At Brethren Village, you'll find a wide range of residential options that are thoughtfully designed for active, independent seniors. Our financial options mirror that freedom of choice, with plans featuring a varied range of monthly service fees and entrance fees to suit your financial future.
The Village offers the Traditional Plan, Modified Plan, Lifecare Plan & Lifecare Plus Plan. With more than 100 floorplans and several service amenity packages, the possibilities are endless ... allowing you to customize based on your retirement needs.
Traditional Plan (Type C Contract or Fee for Service Contract)
The Traditional Plan provides housing, services and amenities, with long-term care services on a per diem basis when needed. The Traditional Plan is designed for individuals who do have an adequate long-term care insurance policy or can privately fund their possible future continuing care costs.
Modified Plan (Type B Contract)
The Modified Plan provides housing, services and amenities, with long-term care services included in a Lifecare Benefit Credit. The Modified Plan is designed for individuals who want to supplement an existing long-term care insurance policy and desire the additional services showcased with the plan.
Lifecare Plan (Type A Contract)
The Lifecare Plan provides housing, services and amenities, and unlimited long-term nursing care included in a Lifecare Benefit Credit. The Lifecare Plan is designed for individuals who do not have an existing long-term care insurance policy and want to protect their estate from possible future continuing care costs and can include additional services and amenities.
Rental Plan (Type D Contract)
