
Exercise classes offered at the Village are geared to enhance your retirement living experience by improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Classes are free to all Residents, and are offered Monday through Saturday.
Group exercise classes are designed to improve balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
