The Wellness Team offers a wide variety of fitness classes geared to enhance your retirement living experience by improving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, from beginner to higher intensity classes. Classes are free to all Residents and designed to improve balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscular strength.
