Financially, our wide range of entrance and monthly fees fit within most budgets. Two entrance fee plans are available including a 0% and 35% minimum refund plan (75% minimum refund plan is available upon request.) Refund plans are amortized over a 60-month period to their minimum levels. If residency is terminated during the first 60 months of occupation, a partial refund of the entrance fee will be paid at the time of resale of the residency.
