American Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging (AAHSA):
Brethren Village Retirement Community is an active member of AAHSA. Members of AAHSA serve residents daily by providing care during their stay at the Village. The vision of AAHSA is healthy, affordable, ethical aging services for America.
Pennsylvania Association of Non-Profit Homes for the Aging (PANPHA):
Brethren Village Retirement Community is an active member of PANPHA. PANPHA represents over 320 nonprofit providers of long-term care and housing services for 65,000 elderly residents across Pennsylvania. The Association is committed to helping its members provide quality care efficiently and effectively for the individuals and families they serve.
Association of Brethren Caregivers (ABC):
Brethren Village Retirement Community is an active member of the Association of Brethren Caregivers. ABC fosters the ministry of giving and receiving care, as modeled by Jesus and embraced by the Church of the Brethren, through the development of resources, programs, events and leadership that connect persons and communities in their lifelong journeys toward wholeness. Brethren Village is one of 23 retirement centers that are committed to providing care for older adults as a ministry to those who are aging and their families. ABC works together with Brethren Village on issues of mutual concern, such as establishing connections between the homes and congregations and districts.
International Association of Homes and Services for the Ageing:
IAHSA is an international, not-for-profit educational and charitable organization with multi-national composition, both in governance and membership. As a global network of provider organizations, businesses, researchers, individuals and government officials, IAHSA has representation in approximately 30 countries. The mission of IAHSA is connecting and supporting care and service providers worldwide to enhance the quality of life for the ageing.
