April 29, 2020

As of 4/29, there are still 7 Residents in skilled care memory support with positive tests and all continue to be stable.

Of the 11 Team Members who tested positive, 9 already have, or are in the process of, returning to work due to recovering from COVID-19. The additional 2 continue to self-isolate according to CDC and DOH guidelines.

As cases change, we will keep the community updated.

Covid-19 Case Update

A Team Member who works in skilled nursing memory support tested positive for COVID-19. At this time, Brethren Village has 18 positive COVID-19 cases: 11 Team Members, and 7 skilled nursing memory support Residents. As previously announced, four skilled nursing memory support Residents that tested positive for COVID-19 have passed away. All four had underlying health conditions.

Tests are being conducted when signs, symptoms and exposure risks have been identified. At this time, specific Residents and Team Members who meet current Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control criteria for testing are being tested.

As positive cases are identified, we will keep the community updated.

A Team Member who works in skilled nursing memory support and 3 skilled nursing memory support Residents tested positive for COVID-19. At this time, Brethren Village has 17 positive COVID-19 cases: 10 Team Members, and 7 skilled nursing memory support Residents.

As positive cases are identified, we will keep you updated.

Covid-19 Case Update

Two Team Members who work in skilled nursing tested positive for COVID-19. Also, a skilled nursing memory support Resident, who was positive for COVID-19, has passed away. Our deepest sympathies go out to the family. At this time, Brethren Village has 12 active, positive COVID-19 cases: 8 Team Members, and 4 skilled nursing memory support Residents. The (now) 4 skilled nursing memory support Residents who passed away were all positive, and are not included in these counts.

Today we learned that an additional Resident in skilled nursing memory support and a Team Member who worked in skilled nursing memory support both tested positive for COVID-19. At this time, Brethren Village has 11 positive COVID-19 cases: 6 Team Members, and 5 skilled nursing memory support Residents. Tests are being conducted when signs, symptoms and exposure risks have been identified. At this time, specific Residents and Team Members who meet current Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control criteria for testing are being tested. As positive cases are identified, we will keep the community updated.
