BV COVID-19 Case Update

A Residential Living Resident and two Team Members have tested positive for COVID-19. Per our normal procedure, Brethren Village has promptly notified any Resident or Team Member who we know was in close contact with those who tested positive.

BV currently has 11 active COVID cases.

COVID-19 Vaccine

Brethren Village has partnered with CVS for vaccine distribution on our campus. Our first clinic date is Monday, Jan. 11, and those receiving the vaccine on campus through the CVS clinic are skilled nursing Residents, as they are our most vulnerable, and supportive living Team Members. Those vaccinated on Jan. 11 will have a follow up clinic for the second dose on Feb. 1.

Personal Care Residents will be vaccinated by CVS at a different clinic. We do not have details for that clinic yet.

At this time, CVS is not planning an on-campus vaccine clinic for Residential Living as they are not in the highest tier of vaccine distribution. Stay tuned for information of when the vaccine becomes available and how Residential Living Residents will access it.
