Fitness rooms and weight resistance.
In addition to offering supervised strength training courses in the form of Instructional Classes, the Village also has two fitness rooms on campus for those individuals who prefer individual or solo strength training.
Our fitness rooms are equipped with strength training equipment along with free weights. Residents are encouraged to contact our Wellness Department to set up an organized fitness plan that includes a fitness assessment monitoring physical progress.
After a scheduled fitness assessment, residents may attend scheduled classes or improve their physical wellness on their own by being provided with a resident key to the fitness rooms throughout campus.
