One-Bedroom Apartment Living
Brethren Village offers 181 One-Bedroom Apartments ranging from 517' to 888' square feet. One-Bedrooms are located in four different buildings on campus; many apartments include additional amenities such as an outside entrance or balcony. Each apartment building provides reserved parking spaces for Residents, while the Fieldcrest residential living building offers the option of sheltered parking. Two of our larger buildings, Village Townhouse and Oakwood House, offer the added convenience of climate-controlled walkways connected to the Village Center shops, indoor pool, and chapel. One-Bedroom with Den Apartment Living
Brethren Village offers 19 One-Bedroom with Den Apartments ranging from 995' to 1,262' square feet in our Fieldcrest residential riving building. One-Bedroom with Den apartments include amenities such as a large bedroom, den, balcony or patio, and bathrooms. Two-Bedroom Apartment Living
If looking for additional room and storage, Brethren Village offers 116 Two-Bedroom Apartments ranging from 950' to 1135' square feet in addition to 55 Two-Bedroom Deluxe Apartments ranging from 1136' to 1612' square feet. Cottage Living
Designed to suit your personal expectations of residential living, Brethren Village currently houses 93 Cottages that offer wide and spacious living quarters. Ranging from 776' to 2,236' square feet, Cottage Living provides residents with a private drive, large kitchens and baths, and various amenities found within their own home.
