Terrace Crossing Personal Care added 36 one and two-bedroom residences and Terrace Crossing Memory Support Personal Care added 25 one-bedroom residences specifically for loved one's with memory loss, including Alzheimer's and dementia.
Personal care apartments range from 500-941 square feet with one-bedroom, one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites all with personal full baths and kitchenettes. Memory support personal care apartments range from 280-422 square feet in a private suite with personal full baths.
Our trained Team Members assist Residents with activities of daily living such as medication administration, bathing, dressing, meals and transportation. Terrace Crossing offers oversight by our medical director, Dr. David Fuchs, and a registered dietician, three chef-prepared meals daily, access to the Courtyards Therapy Suite and an on-site medical suite.
Our memory support neighborhood is designed to ensure feelings of safety and security and features an enclosed destination porch, secured outdoor courtyard and a sensory room for sensory integration therapy. The care received is tailored and specialized to fit the Residents' needs and preferences.
