BV Announces New Appointments: Kiehl, Gergal & Noll

Brethren Village Retirement Community has recently announced the appointment of Dixie L. Kiehl, B.A., P.C.H.A., to the position of Assisted Living Administrator; Diane M. Gergal, L.P.N., P.C.H.A., to the position of Director of Home Health Agency; and Rick Noll, Director of Technology.

Kiehl will have direct administrative responsibility over assisted living at the Village. Kiehl joined the Village community in 2006 as a healthcare center social worker, and served as social services supervisor and finally director of social services in 2007. A graduate of Shippensburg University, Kiehl has her Personal Care Home Administrator certificate and has completed her foundation year of her master of social work at Kutztown University. She resides in Denver, PA with her husband and son.

Gergal will be responsible in providing leadership and supervision for the Home Health Agency at the Village. Most recently, she was employed by Moravian Manor in Lititz as personal care administrator. Gergal holds her licensed practical nurse certificate and Personal Care Home Administrator certificate. She resides in Lititz, PA with her husband.

Noll will have direct responsibility for all communications systems and computer systems that are used at the Village. Noll joins the retirement industry with over a decade of experience in telecommunications and has worked in information technology for more than twenty years. A graduate of LeTourneau College, Noll earned his bachelor of science in electrical engineering technology and also received his registered nurse certificate from Lancaster General Hospital.
