Brethren Village Offers Extensive Residential Living Choices

An attractive feature of Brethren Village is the wide range extensive residential choices- a result of 112 years of developing our comprehensive campus community. Our community offers various accommodations including; private rooms & bath, one and two bedroom apartments with dens, and 1,000 - 2,500 sq. ft. cottages.

Additionally, we have a range in size of assisted living rooms and private/semi-private rooms within our healthcare center. Our wide range of options, expansive amenities, and activities allow you to create a retirement lifestyle that fits you best- now and in the future.

The addition of Covenant Crossing, our newest expansion to the Fieldcrest residential building, expands our current product choices. The Village is the ONLY community in the Lancaster area to offer three distinct contracts for residential living including:

- Fee for Service Contract- pay for what you use as you progress through different levels of care
- Lifecare Contract– includes an insurance feature that stabilizes your monthly fee across all levels of care
- Modified Contract– includes a $1,000 monthly credit (up to 60 months) if you use assisted living or healthcare services

Designed to promote carefree living, Brethren Village provides a wide variety of activities, social opportunities, wellness initiatives, dining options and on-campus conveniences such as our Home Health Agency, a pool, convenience store and bank.

The Village is truly a community of choice– with something for everyone! Our wide range of entrance fees with various refund options, extended service or basic service packages, 350 – 2,500 sq. ft. apartments and homes, and full continuing care facilities compliment a stress-free lifestyle.
