Covenant Crossing Dedication Welcomes New BV Residents

Covenant Crossing at Brethren Village was officially dedicated as a distinctive new senior living expansion during a ribbon cutting celebration at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24.

Brethren Village President Gary Clouser was joined by Lancaster Chamber of Commerce President Thomas Baldrige and Brethren Village Board Chairman Henry H. Gibbel, who addressed invited guests, including current and future residents, project developers, community and county officials, and local business representatives. A reception and community tours followed the ceremony.

"I am delighted that we are dedicating Covenant Crossing, as many residents begin enjoying their new lifestyle here," said Amie Weitoish, director of marketing for Covenant Crossing at Brethren Village. "One of the best things about this expansion is that not only has it added brand-new residential options, but it has also brought enhanced amenities for everyone on campus to enjoy."

Covenant Crossing's new residential options cater to many lifestyles, with a wide array of spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments, including floor plans featuring dens and balconies, equipped with the newest appliances and amenities.

In addition, the Covenant Crossing redevelopment houses a new Welcome Center, featuring a multi-purpose gathering space for social events and performing arts, to be used by residents and the surrounding community.

The campus also received enhanced dining options, increased fitness and community space, newly connected walkways, and additional office and staffing areas.

"It's our pleasure to be able to bring a new lifestyle to seniors in Lancaster that celebrates the social energy and intellectual spirit of our residents, all in a warm and inviting atmosphere. This expansion demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the future of senior living and to the community-at-large," said Weitoish.
