BV Golf Tourney 2008 Raises $28K for Resident Fund

The 18th Annual Brethren Village Golf Tournament held on September 11 at Foxchase Golf Club raised a record $28,597 for the Village's Good Samaritan Benevolent Fund. The participants enjoyed a beautiful, sunny day on the course while competing for prizes.

The net proceeds from the tournament will support the current benevolent needs of residents by providing financial assistance to those who are unable to pay the full cost of their care.

We also would like to thank all 196-golfers for their participation in this fundraising event, and our BV resident volunteers who came out to serve as witnesses for the hole-in-one contest.
