BV to Host US Congressman Joe Pitts Meet & Greet and Artshow

Art Gallery Featuring Limited Paintings by Pitts

Brethren Village is hosting a Meet & Greet and Artshow with Congressman Joe Pitts on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM in the Wolfe Auditorium Center & North, Welcome Center.

There will also be an art gallery featuring a limited number of Joe’s pieces on display on Monday, November 16, 2009 from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Tuesday, November 17, 2009 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Wednesday, November 18, 2009 from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM in the Wolfe Auditorium North, Welcome Center.

Congressman Joe Pitts has served the Residents of Brethren Village and the 16th Congressional District of Pennsylvania since 1997. The Congressman continues to serve exclusively on the Energy and Commerce Committee. He will continue his service
on the Commerce, Trade, and Consumer Protection Subcommittee, the Health Subcommittee, and has been added to the important Energy and Environment Subcommittee.

Congressman Pitts has many hobbies, from stamp collecting to training bonsai trees. From sculptures to oil painting, the Congressman is also an accomplished artist!
Join him as he shares samples of his artwork and the stories behind them in an interactive slide show Monday only! Enjoy his artwork displayed through Wednesday until 5:00 PM in the Wolfe Auditorium North!
