A Unique Opportunity within Residential Living

After several years of extensive renovations and expansion, the Brethren Village campus now contains over 500 residential apartments and cottages of various sizes.

Typically there is a waiting period before residential apartments are offered to individuals wishing to move to Brethren Village. However, due to an unusually high turnover of apartments within the past several months, a few one-bedroom and studio apartments are available immediately.

The available apartments have relatively low entrance and monthly fees (entrance fees from $45,300 to $70,500 and monthly fees from $666 to $739) but include all the advantages of living in a continuing care retirement community.
