Resident Services Offices
Brethren Village has two Resident Services Offices located in the Village Center and Fieldcrest that are open Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 11:30a.m & 1:00p.m. to 3:00p.m. To contact the Resident Services Offices directly, please dial 717-581-4345 (Fieldcrest) or 717-581-4226 (Village Center).Aiming to accommodate Residents' needs without leaving campus, the Resident Services Offices provides the following services:

Pharmacy
Williams Apothecary maintains a comprehensive pharmacy on the ground floor of the Village Center on the campus of Brethren Village. Open for use to residents, visitors, staff and the community, this full-service pharmacy provides services for prescription and non-prescription needs. The pharmacy is open Monday through Friday, 9a.m. to 4p.m.
Village Store
The Village Store, operated by the Brethren Village Auxiliary, is a resident-run general store that carries a wide variety of food, toiletries, and other incidentals. Accommodating residents through special order requests and home-grocery delivery once a week, the Village Store is located on the first floor of the Village Center and is open Monday through Saturday, 9:30a.m. to 3:30p.m.
Banking Center
Susquehanna Bank maintains a comprehensive banking center on the ground floor of the Village Center on the campus. Open for use to residents, visitors, staff and the community, this full-service bank can provide assistance with checking, savings, trusts, and safe deposit box services. Thrift Store
The Village Thrift Store, operated by the Brethren Village Auxiliary, is a resident-run thrift shop of new and used items that have been donated to the Village. Open Tuesday through Friday, 9:30a.m. to 3:30p.m., the store is located on the ground floor of Garden Spot. Proceeds from the shop are used to fund projects for the Village.
Gift Shop
The Village Gift Shop, located in the Village Center, is operated by the Brethren Village Auxiliary and Volunteers and offers a full line of small gifts and thoughtful tokens, greeting cards, stationary and notions. The shop is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30a.m. to 4p.m., for residents, visitors, staff and the community.
Beauty Salon/Barber Services
The Brethren Village Beauty Salon provides hair care and beauty services to Village residents Monday through Friday, by appointment. Located on the ground floor in the Village Center, salon services vary from hair coloring, shampooing, styling, manicures to eyebrow arching. The Beauty Salon holds a current license from the State Board of Cosmetology of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and each professional cosmetologist also holds a current license from the board. Guest Rooms
Guest Rooms are available for a fee to residents' friends, families or loved ones for a short-term stay at the Village. With sufficient notice, the Village can accommodate overnight stays and provide linen services to visitors on our campus. Payment is due at time of reservation, with Check-In at 2:00 p.m. and Check-Out by 10:00 a.m. For reservations, please call the Facilities Manager at 717-581-4369.
Insurance
The Village also provides an on-campus Long-Term Care Counselor that provides information and services dealing with Long-Term Care Insurance, Medicare Supplements, Life Insurance, and annuities. For appointments, please call the Insurance Counselor at 717-581-4260.
