Assisted Living offers three distinct levels of supportive care, plus cognitive impairment programming, so that residents receive an individualized care plan. An assessment of the resident's Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) include dietary and nutrition, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, continence, mobility and ambulation, medication and treatments, and socialization. The amount of assistance needed in each area determines the level of care.

Supportive care levels offered at Brethren Village include:

• Supported Living - A base care plan that includes daily monitoring and verbal reminders to ensure that the resident is maintaining a wholesome and dignified lifestyle. Supported Living includes minimal assistance with ADL's.
• Enhanced Living - A secondary care plan that offers the services included under Supported Living plus daily personal assistance in at least three ADL's or extensive assistance in one ADL.
• Transitional Living - A temporary level of care where residents are under rehabilitation and will either be returning to Enhances Living or transferring to a skilled care facility.

• Small Assisted Living Room: Single Occupancy
• Medium Assisted Living Room: Single Occupancy
• Large Assisted Living Room: Single/Double Occupancy
• Suite Assisted Living: Couples Only
