Gary Clouser, NHA

Gary Clouser, President

Serving as Brethren Village President and Chief Executive Officer since 1983, Mr. Clouser is responsible for direct planning and coordination of the continuing care facilities and health care facilities at the Village. Mr. Clouser began his employment at the Village in 1973 as Business Manager followed by Vice President of Operations in 1981 before becoming CEO.

Mr. Clouser also has several professional and civic affiliations including Lancaster Regional Medical Center (Member, Governing Board) and the Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership (Member, Board of Directors, and Executive Committee).

A resident of Lititz, Mr. Clouser holds a B.S., Elizabethtown College and an M.B.A., Shippensburg University. Mr. Clouser is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Pamela Formica

Vice President Finance

Pam Formica, Vice President Finance

Joining the Village as Chief Financial Officer in 2002, Mrs. Formica has served as Vice President Finance since June, 2003, overseeing the Accounting, Personal Care, and Supportive Living Marketing departments and the Corporate Compliance & Risk Management functions.

A resident of Lititz, Mrs. Formica holds a B.S, Elizabethtown College.

Philip Hollinger

Philip Hollinger, Vice President Support Services

Mr. Hollinger has served at the Village since 2004, with direct responsibility for the Village's Facilities Management, Pastoral Services, Materials Management, Dining Services, Home Care, Information Technology and Wellness/Pool/Residential Activities departments.

A resident of Elizabethtown, Mr. Hollinger holds a B.S. and an M.A., Pennsylvania State University.
